Elizabeth Leach began working for KinderCare in September 2002. She began her career with KinderCare working with toddlers and teaching small group reading classes. Elizabeth became the assistant director at another KinderCare location and became the center director of that KinderCare location in 2009. Elizabeth transferred to the East Saint Paul location in September 2014. She and her family live in Cottage Grove with her 4 boys. Her two younger boys, Nathanael and Isaac attend the East Saint Paul KinderCare. Elizabeth believes that all children should have access to a high quality early childhood education that includes a developmentally appropriate curriculum, knowledgeable and well-trained educators, comprehensive services that support their health, nutrition, and social well-being.
Ned genuinely loves working for KinderCare. This is Ned's first job out of college, and he has already decided that he wants to work for KinderCare until he retires! Ned values the relationships he has with the children and their families. He loves waking up every morning knowing that he has the opportunity to be a part of helping children develop a love of learning that will last a lifetime. Daphine loves working at East Saint Paul KinderCare. She has worked with children for as long as she can remember and can't imagine working in another field. Miss Daphine loves coming to work knowing that she has the opportunity to make a difference in a child's life. She works to maintain a positive and strong relationship with the families in her care. Daphine truly values the relationships she has developed with the children and families. She has been a part of the East Saint Paul KinderCare since 2009 and looks forward to many more years.
Amanda has loved children her entire life. When Amanda was a child she knew that she wanted to be a teacher and be around children for her career. Amanda has completed early childhood courses from Rasmussen College. She started at KinderCare in December 2011 as an intern for her early childhood courses. She quickly decided she wanted to stay with KinderCare and she started employment at another KinderCare location in October 2012. Amanda has taught children starting at the toddler age and all the way up to prekindergarten.
Rob is on of our preschool teachers. He started his teaching career in a school-age classroom at another location. Rob gradutated from Hamline University with a Major in English and a Minor in Education. He is passionate about building bonds with the students and families in his classroom. Rob enjoys playing with the children and making it a fun environment for everyone!
